How do I buy?
Drops go live at the announced time on the website. We send a link by email when the buy section opens. Stock is limited and first-come, first-served.
How long is dispatch and shipping?
Allow up to 5 working days to dispatch as we process orders together — average is 1–3 working days. Once dispatched, shipping times depend on your region. See the shipping page for full timelines.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive an email (or SMS based on checkout preference) with a tracking number when we dispatch. Click the carrier link directly for the most accurate updates — third-party tracking apps can show stale data. We've also got a tracking lookup on the shipping page.
Do you offer returns?
Yes. 14 days from delivery, worldwide, on anything unworn with its tags still on. Start it yourself in the returns portal and it is confirmed on screen in about a minute. Full policy on the returns page.
Can I swap for a different size?
Yes, and it is the quickest thing we do. Tell the returns portal it came up too big or too small and it offers you the right size by name, in stock, then holds it while yours travels back to us.
Are there custom or import fees?
UK & EU: no import fees on standard orders — DDP shipping. USA: import duties prepaid on standard orders. Australia: orders under AUD 1000 exempt. Other regions: most ship without extra fees — check your country's threshold to be sure.
The made-to-order FERAL NEON SIGN is the exception: depending on your destination, your carrier may charge an import fee on delivery.
How much is shipping?
