What can — and can't — come back.

Returnable
  • Within 14 days of delivery — most items.
  • Unworn, tags on, in original packaging.
  • Sale items — exchange or store credit (full refund only if faulty).
  • Exchanges within 14 days — different size, colour, or item.
  • Faulty items — anytime. We cover return shipping + replace or refund.
Non-returnable
  • Underwear & bikini bottoms — for hygiene reasons (unless faulty).
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or have tags removed.
  • Event-exclusive pieces & one-off drops — final sale.
  • Original delivery costs are non-refundable.
  • Outside the 14 days window — but talk to us, we may still help.
Refund timeline

When the money lands.

Day 0 We receive it Tracked delivery confirms arrival at our Ditchling warehouse.
Day 1–10 We process Item checked, refund issued to your original payment method.
Day 10–15 Bank settles Funds visible on your card or PayPal — depends on your bank.

Things people ask about returns.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return arrives we process refunds within 10 working days to the original payment method. Allow up to 15 working days for your bank to clear it.

I received the wrong item or it's damaged.

Email hey@feralclo.com with a photo and your order number. If it's our fault we cover return shipping and either send the correct item or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Can I exchange for a different size or item?

Yes — exchanges are the easiest path. Email us with your order number and what you'd like instead. If the new item is in stock we'll hold it while you post the original back.

What about sale items?

Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days. Refunds on sale items only apply if the product is faulty (Consumer Rights Act 2015).

I'm outside the return window — can I still return?

Outside the standard window we may still offer an exchange or store credit on a case-by-case basis. Get in touch and we'll see what we can do.

Will the print peel? I'm worried about durability.

Our DTF prints are tested to 80+ washes with no durability issues. Wash cold, gentle cycle, inside-out. Genuine quality concern after care? Email us — we'll sort it.

Do I pay for return shipping?

Yes — return shipping is on the customer (use a tracked service so you can confirm delivery). The only exception: when the issue is our fault — wrong item, damage, etc. — we cover it.
