How does it arrive?
By email from FERAL. Choose “Someone else” and it goes straight to them with your message. Choose “Me” and it comes to you after checkout, to forward or print.
Can I send it on their birthday?
Yes. Pick a day up to 90 days ahead and it goes out on that day.
Where can they spend it?
On anything at feralclo.com, wherever we ship. If they shop in a different currency, the balance converts at checkout.
How do they use it?
Their email opens the card. One tap on “Shop with it” and the card comes off in their bag by itself. On another device, they type the code into “Add a code” in the bag, or at checkout.
Does it expire?
No. Whatever is left stays on the card until it is spent.
How do they check the balance?
Right here: type the code into Check balance above. Their card shows the live balance too, and so does the bag once it’s on.
