Common Questions

Once your return arrives, we process refunds within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow up to 15 business days for your bank to clear the payment.

Email us at hey@feralclo.com with a photo and your order number. If it's our fault, we cover return shipping and will send the correct item or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

For hygiene reasons, underwear, boxers, and bikini bottoms cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Items purchased on sale are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days. We don't offer refunds on sale items unless the product is faulty, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Our standard return window is 14 days from delivery. Outside of this, we may be able to offer an exchange or store credit on a case-by-case basis. Get in touch and we'll see what we can do.

Our DTF prints are tested to 80+ washes with no durability issues. Wash cold, gentle cycle, inside-out. If you have a genuine quality concern, email us — but we're confident in the product.

Yes, return shipping is covered by the customer. We recommend using a tracked service so you can confirm your return reaches us. The only exception is when the issue is our fault — wrong item, damage, etc.

If you're in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in their original condition — unworn, with tags, in original packaging.
