Your tracking number is in the dispatch confirmation email we send when your order ships. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from FERAL with the subject line containing your order number.
It can take a few hours after dispatch for tracking data to appear. If your order was dispatched today, check back tomorrow. If it's been more than 48 hours with no update, email us at hey@feralclo.com.
Larger orders — especially international — may ship in separate parcels to get them to you faster. Each parcel has its own tracking number. This is normal and means part of your order is already on its way.
Check with neighbours, your building reception, or any safe places around your door. If you still can't find it after checking, email us at hey@feralclo.com with your order number and we'll sort it for you.
International parcels can occasionally be held at customs. This is normal and usually resolves within a few days. If tracking hasn't updated in over a week, get in touch and we'll investigate.
