Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days. During high-demand drops and restocks, allow a little longer. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

For larger orders — especially international — we may ship items in separate parcels to get them to you faster. Each parcel has its own tracking number. Check your email for all dispatch confirmations.

Underwear, boxers, and bikini bottoms cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty. Event-exclusive and limited edition items cannot be exchanged. Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only — no refunds.
Once your return arrives, we process refunds within 1–2 business days to your original payment method. Please allow up to 15 business days for your bank to clear the payment.
Return shipping is covered by the customer. We recommend using a tracked service to make sure your return reaches us safely. If we sent the wrong item or something arrived damaged — that's on us, we'll cover it.

No. Our DTF prints are tested to 80+ washes with no durability issues. Wash inside-out on a cold cycle for best results.
Cold water, gentle cycle, inside-out. Avoid tumble drying printed items. Our heavyweight fabrics hold up well — the prints are the part worth protecting.
