Things people ask about delivery.

When will my order ship?

Most orders dispatch within 1–3 working days. During drops or peak periods allow up to 5 working days. You'll receive a tracking link the moment it ships.

Will I be charged customs or import fees?

UK & EU: no import fees — DDP shipping. USA: orders under $800 exempt. Australia: orders under AUD 1000 exempt. Other regions: most ship without extra fees, but check your country's threshold to be sure.

My tracking hasn't updated. What do I do?

Tracking can take a few hours to populate after dispatch. If 24 hours pass with no movement, email hey@feralclo.com with your order number — we'll chase the carrier directly.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

If we haven't dispatched yet, yes — email us within an hour of ordering. Once dispatched, the parcel is with the carrier and we can't reroute.

My parcel says delivered but I don't have it.

Check with neighbours and any safe-place specified at checkout. If still missing 24 hours later, email hey@feralclo.com — we'll open a carrier investigation and sort a refund or reship.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes — we ship worldwide. UK, EU, US, Australia, and rest-of-world rates are above. Tracked everywhere; transit times depend on region.
