How does it arrive?
By email from FERAL. Choose “Someone else” and it goes straight to them with your message. Choose “Me” and it comes to you after checkout, to forward or print.
Can I send it on their birthday?
Yes. Pick a day up to 90 days ahead and it goes out on that day.
Where can they spend it?
On anything at feralclo.com, wherever we ship. If they shop in a different currency, the balance converts at checkout.
Does it expire?
No. Whatever is left stays on the card until it is spent.
How do they check the balance?
The email links to their card, which shows the live balance. It shows at checkout too.
